Returns/Exchanges

If a candle is damaged or broken in transit we will replace the product. We must be contacted at denae@kdenae.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Photos of the damaged or broken candles are required. 


LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Please let us know immediately if you have not received your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
