Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delays

During high-volume sales, holidays, product launches, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and support for our small business.

Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
